Remote Assist Pack

It pairs the Iristick.G3 smart glasses with an Assist Premium license, so a remote expert sees exactly what the wearer sees and guides them hands-free, the moment the problem shows up.

What's in the pack

• Assist Premium license. One floating license that brings a remote expert onto the glasses — with drawing mode, expert screen sharing, calls of up to 4 participants, and face blurring.

What Premium adds

• Drawing mode. The expert annotates directly on the wearer's live view, so guidance points to the exact bolt, valve, or wire.
• Expert screen sharing. The expert shares their own screen into the call to walk through a manual, diagram, or schematic.
• Up to 4 participants. Bring a customer, a specialist, and your field team into the same call to decide together, in the moment.
• Face blurring. Automatically blur bystanders' faces to protect privacy and stay compliant on busy sites.
